Blockchain Technical CoFounder
Role Description
I’m looking for an experienced professional for the role of technical cofounder. Our journey is still in its early stages, so your ability to handle both technical and a little business responsibilities within our US branch is crucial. Therefore, a US working permit is required (you’re a US citizen, legal resident, or GC holder). This is a full-time position, primarily remote/work-from-home, with potential discussions for HQ relocation if that interests you.
Besides that, what’s more important for a CF pick is their life plans and vision aligning with those of the founder and project; And sure, personal affinity matter because this is a ticket for a “3 year cruise” half of which the founder has bootstrapped and developed alone so far, so we are not starting from scratch, but it remains a significant commitment and bet.
Areas of development
While I’m looking for a highly Blockchain focused developer, experience in architecture, team management, ops, and integrations across web and app technologies is equally relevant. You’ll be working initially in:
- Web2/3 AppsWeb apps, hybrids, and native apps for Android and IOS.
- REST APIsall kinds of basic services to create, move and show data.
- Ops & AdminDevelop and sysadmin internal infra, and external nodes/cloud.
- WordPressPlugin development, automation, and integrations.
- Wallets & Web3Experience with EVM environments development and web3 products.
- Soft AIBasic experience across tasks like data mining, model training, and product.
Profile and Skills
- Project ManagementYou'll perform as a tech lead member of a startup that develops several branches, so it'll be normal to be developing multiple things in parallel.
- OPsIT Strategy and OPSEC skills, including the ability to develop and implement staff and operational plans.
- ArchitecturePlan and build skills, with experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure systems in bare metal, cloud, and decentralized contexts.
- LeadershipWe want this to be an engineer-led company and you'll help setup the development policy and structure to accommodate future developers across the world. Also applicable for your biz roles.
- One-Person-ArmyThe founder can help you with some coding, UI/UX and a wide array of code related tasks, but initially, he will be all the team you’ll have. You can BYO though.
- AI CuriousAutomate/AIfi some aspects of management and sales. And help develop other products later.
- EntrepreneurFamiliarity with business and funding processes in the venture capital space. Similar for the blockchain space.
- CodingSoftware Development skills, including experience with various programming languages and frameworks, in order of relevance:
